POINTMAN’S GROOVE RADIO TERMS OF SERVICE<\/strong><\/span>

By accessing or using POINTMAN’S GROOVE RADIO, including our mobile application and website (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service.<\/span><\/p>

Some content may be offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Service at your own risk and acknowledge that POINTMAN’S GROOVE RADIO is not liable for any such content.<\/span><\/p>

      b. Proprietary Rights<\/strong><\/span>
